Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
1. We have a self-return policy. In order to return the product, you will have to pack the item and ship it to our address which will be informed to you in Email once you made your request for returning a product by sending us an email.
2. Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfill any of the following conditions:
• Item delivery packaging has not been opened.
• Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
• Item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
4. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by newetrend.com.
5. You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money, that you could use for future purchase from newetrend.com
6. Refund Policy: All refunds will be made into the original mode of payment
7. Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to the vendors and customer has shared the details required for refund. For card user’s, all refunds can take up to Maximum 30 days to be credited to the cardholder’s account. For COD, All Refunds are processed within 7-8 working days.
9. Cancellation: The order can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel the order please contact Customer Support.
10. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgment has been sent.
11. Delivery: We only ship and deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping time depend on which Emirate you are ordering, for Dubai and Abu Dhabi deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days and for other Emirates, deliveries arrive maximum of 5 business days.
12. Shipping Charges may vary depending on the location or event promo. *Standard delivery charge of Dh10 for all purchases.
13.Any returned products that are damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged Full amount and will be shipped back to the same customer and the return shipping fee of minimum will be applied
Disclaimer of Warranty
Most of the items listed on New E-trend website comes with one year warranty, depending on the brand of the item.
For warranty claim send us an email on support@newetrend.com with the following details:
- The items need to send us back by your own cost.
- Serial no. of the item.
- We only accept items in its original state and packaging, we cannot accept the item without the barcode or labels of the item box.
- The items will be inspected.
